MEET THE OWNER
Valerie DeLisle, owner of Furry Friends Pet Services, LLC, grew up in Delaware County, PA. Throughout her childhood she learned to care for a variety of pets: dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, even turtles. Over the years her love and respect for animals has grown and inspired her to pursue a career working with animals.
Valerie supports animal adoption and sponsors dogs at the DE Humane Association and Greyhound Adoptions of Florida. She is also a member of the Northeast Chapter of Greyhound Adoptions of Florida, which benefits retired racing greyhounds in need of homes.
Valerie is licensed, bonded and insured as a pet sitter and is veterinarian recommended. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) and has achieved her pet sitter certification through the NAPPS. She is also pet CPR certified by the American Red Cross for dogs and cats. She has experience administering medications to dogs and cats, including insulin shots.
Valerie lives in Bear with her husband Jamie & three rescued greyhounds.
KIM VACCA
Kim was hired in July 2011 and cares for pets in Newark. She lives in Newark and has a dog and cat of her own. She has experience caring for many types of animals. She has experience administering medications to dogs and cats, including pills and liquids.
SANDY CORNELL
Sandy was hired in August of 2005 and cares for pets in the Bear and Newark areas. She lives in Bear and has several cats of her own. She has experience caring for dogs and cats. She has experience administering medications to cats, including insulin shots.
ROBELLE AQUINO
Robelle was hired in March of 2007 and cares for pets in Bear, Middletown, and Newark on evenings and weekends, as needed. She lives in Bear and has two dogs of her own. She has experience caring for dogs and cats. She has experience administering medications to dogs and cats, including insulin shots.
JAIME LAY
Jaime was hired in September 2012 and cares for pets in Bear & Newark. She lives in Bear and has several dogs. Jaime has lots of experience from working at a local shelter, being active in Pitbull awareness and rescue and most recently started her own non-profit called The Pet Project. She has experience administering medications to dogs and cats including pills and liquids.
TANYA CHAIKA
Tanya was hired in January 2013 and cares for pets in Bear and Middletown. She has experience caring for a wide range of pets and also worked with veterinarians. She has experience administering medications to dogs and cats including pills and liquids.
